For consortium arrangements, you can let students from other schools join one of your classes. Each student must request to join, and you approve them, so sharing your class code is never enough on its own.
This is available on Senior Phase classes only, and only the class owner can turn it on.
Select Manage Classes from the Classes menu, then Edit your class (or create a New Class). Switch on Accept join requests from other schools and choose Save.
Give your class code to the other school's students as normal. They add the matching course and enter the code to request a place.
You'll receive an email when a student requests to join. The student also appears on your class page marked Student Request Pending. Click them to review and choose Approve or Deny.
Approved students join the class as normal. Students from other schools keep their own school; joining your class doesn't move them. A student can cancel their own pending request at any time.
